    How the Importance of Collaboration and Teamwork in Business are supported by Technology and Social Media


    A growing number of businesses are going mobile, and increasing number of entirely web-based entrepreneurship. Business tools that foster collaboration and teamwork are becoming essential productivity-driven weapons.
    Nowadays, in a modern Workplaces seek and demand flexible business tools and technology, which will be effective if the employees work together and maintain the sense of teamwork. In terms of either quality improvement, product development or customer service, nurturing effective teamwork in one's organization means increasing best communication and collaboration in organization.
    A couple years ago, I and my friends create a business for the first time. Call it “baggybag” because we selling a various of a bag by media social which is Instagram. We sell bag with uploading picture and if the costumers want to buy, they can contact our line and we will send the bag by JNE. But before we send the bag to them, they must transfer the money first. Running the time, there is so many order of a bag come to us and makes us think about the best way to continue to provide the best service for our customers. After we do discussion, finally we got the best way that will solve this problem.
    Team work and collaboration, two of us work as the receiver the order and one of us check the supplies which are available or not and the other one work as the checker the money, transferred or not and the last one of us sent the bag to JNE. After we do the business cycle we helped. Feel effective and easier to give the best service for the costumers.
    In brief, a business is created when a group of people are joint to work together on a project, idea, a problem. However, maybe the members of the team disagree on important issues, argue and may dislike each other.
    To encourage the team to work together, encouraging shared ownership, one can alter the structure of the team by choosing a team leader. Business platforms are empowered with preventing the members from taking unilateral decisions, making sure there are no negative side effects and basic communication tools that enable the team to reach joint decisions. So, we can got benefits for that such as productivity, we can improved communication through technology, and from my experience we can focus to our role.
