    Behavioral targeting is generally defined as identifying consumers’ browsing habits to help you get education of target decisions when it comes for future advertising and marketing campaigns.
    For those whose have online storefront, behavioral targeting is the purchasing habits of previous customers in order to predict what customers will buy in the future and also it is the practice of studying browsing for the costumers. When properly used and interpreted, you can know properly how to target for your advertising efforts and to ensure that you only reach customers who are interested in your services and products.
    We tend to disagree regarding this topic. This article will explain our reasons why we disagree with allowing companies to amass personal data for behavioral targeting.

    Ø  Health Risks Caused by Highly Influential Ads.
    Digital marketing will continue to be a strong force in the society, but it increases concerns about the conceivable health risks these highly influential ads can do to the society and especially to the youth and cultural minorities that have a unique vulnerability to corpulence and health related difficulties. Specific digital marketing practices that potentially increase these health issues should be controlled.

    Ø  Expensive
    Behavioral targeting is 23% more expensive than old-style online advertising strategies. In order to see part marketing work often times a company needs to revise itself from the management level up and invest in either consultation agencies or a consumer research team. The profits from segment marketing are reliant on how invested and thorough the business is when dividing its market.

    Ø  Problems with location-based marketing
    Location-based marketing is not that popular amid the common. Most of us would prefer privacy with our mobile phones. Seeing an advertisement in our mobile phone is not a vivid occasion. The advertisement will need to add related information to the situation. Otherwise users will get the feeling of being spammed.

    Either encounters of behavioral targeting is educating clients and helping them realize what it is all about. Advertisers should also be told that while behavioral targeting is effective, it efforts best when complemented with other advertising techniques.

    Behavioral targeting is very effective for highly motivated consumers, but consumer preferences change rapidly; a slight targeting delay backfires for the consumer. Behavioral targeting may ignore potential customers, especially those who need motivation and influence.

    Ø  Privacy concerns
    When the products and services given by the company require privacy, a person may be aggravated and offended if he or she receives an email offering him those kinds of items and services. There are always threads of privacy attached to any information from individual. As for now, targeting is modest because of some privacy manacles. Data-mining technology has raised eyebrows as privacy violation is inevitable for all of these used data without permission.

    Ø  Problems with cookies and usernames.
    The most common way to track user online behavior is with cookies. They are often track behavior by observing a user’s mouse clicks. The aim is to obtain enough data to record a user profile and determine his/her preferences, so that ads can be personally served, increasing a user’s purchasing desire. Furthermore, browsers now have the option of deleting cookies and choosing to prevent some or all cookies from gathering data.

    Ø  Does not work for all products
    Not all products are compatible and it doesn’t work for all products. Regularly behavioral targeting is more effective for products that don’t have attractiveness. If the products are for older residents, for example, it may be a bit harder to find feasible viewers.

    In brief, we think that companies are not allow to amass personal data for behavioral targeting because behavioral targeting related with Health Risks Caused by Highly Influential ads, especially to the youth and cultural minorities that have a unique vulnerability to corpulence and health related difficulties, it is also Uneducated clients because there’s no explanation about behavioral targeting to be effective.

    Nowadays, in a modern Workplaces seek and demand flexible business tools and technology, which will be effective if the employees work together and maintain the sense of teamwork. In terms of either quality improvement, product development or customer service, nurturing effective teamwork in one's organization means increasing best communication and collaboration in organization.
    A couple years ago, I and my friends create a business for the first time. Call it “baggybag” because we selling a various of a bag by media social which is Instagram. We sell bag with uploading picture and if the costumers want to buy, they can contact our line and we will send the bag by JNE. But before we send the bag to them, they must transfer the money first. Running the time, there is so many order of a bag come to us and makes us think about the best way to continue to provide the best service for our customers. After we do discussion, finally we got the best way that will solve this problem.
    Team work and collaboration, two of us work as the receiver the order and one of us check the supplies which are available or not and the other one work as the checker the money, transferred or not and the last one of us sent the bag to JNE. After we do the business cycle we helped. Feel effective and easier to give the best service for the costumers.
    In brief, a business is created when a group of people are joint to work together on a project, idea, a problem. However, maybe the members of the team disagree on important issues, argue and may dislike each other.
    To encourage the team to work together, encouraging shared ownership, one can alter the structure of the team by choosing a team leader. Business platforms are empowered with preventing the members from taking unilateral decisions, making sure there are no negative side effects and basic communication tools that enable the team to reach joint decisions. So, we can got benefits for that such as productivity, we can improved communication through technology, and from my experience we can focus to our role.

One of the important factors that contribute to the success of any business is how employees are able to perform with a team in order to improve productivity and promote healthy employee relationships. Working in teams enables employees to be more effective in their work than people who work on projects on their own. While collaboration allows teams to come together on a common platform and work towards the achievement of a common goal by thinking, brainstorming, and offering various perspectives to provide solutions. A problem may take months to get resolved when handled by an individual, but it take just a few hours to resolve when the teams attach their unique viewpoints and proficiency to get things done. These will open up to multiple ideas and solutions that an individual may not be able to come up with. 

    Collaboration and teamwork also give impact to communication. If a business has a system for facilitating easy collaboration, it will give the power to access information quickly, helping secure business and please customers. Collaboration provides every team member with equal opportunities to participate and communicate their ideas. Employees who work well together and consider themselves as a part of a team tend to communicate better. They frequently learn to admit minor variations in communication with their colleagues. Working towards the same goal inspires in the team members with a strong sense of purpose. The team sees value in working together as the common goal gives them a meaningful reason to work together, along with receiving mutual benefits for the company as well as the team.

    Well, businesses should encourage collaboration among their teams because collaboration challenges people to think and receive explication about their competencies. Because two heads are better than one, teams work better together and plug each other’s discrepancy. Collaborating in the workplace enables businesses to finish important projects and meet crucial deadlines efficiently. With multiple individuals working on a project, the work can be divided up equally and efficiently between those with the time and the expertise to handle specific tasks. This also significantly reduces the project delivery time. Workplace collaboration has the ability to run a business. Teamwork shows that everyone has the potential to make a real difference in the business.
